Overview

There’s something grounding about a trip where the loudest thing you hear is a temple bell or a chant drifting across a ghat. If that sort of quiet calls out to you, this 5-day Mathura Vrindavan Agra tour package might just feel like a reset. It’s less of a tick-all-the-boxes kind of plan, more of a meandering through legends—with space for reflection, conversation, and maybe a bit of street chaat in between. ...Read More

Itinerary

Day 01Krishna’s First Footprints

  • Meet at Delhi Airport/Railway Station
  • Drive to Mathura (approx. 3–4 hours)
  • Check in to hotel
  • Visit Dwarkadheesh Temple, Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Vishram Ghat, Gita Mandir, and Radha Kund
  • Overnight in Mathura

The start of the journey is about stepping into stories you probably grew up hearing. There’s a stillness at Radha Kund and an energy at Janmabhoomi that don’t need too many words. Settle in, soak it up.

Day 02Vrindavan's Sacred Mood

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Full-day Vrindavan visit: Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, Prem Mandir, Chandrodaya Mandir, Madan Mohan , Radha Raman Mandir
  • Return to Mathura
  • Overnight in Mathura

Vrindavan is less of a destination, more of a feeling. Morning light on temple spires, the crowd going quiet during the aarti—it’s subtle, powerful, and just messy enough to feel real.

Day 03Agra Awaits

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Drive to Agra (approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort
  • Optional evening market stroll
  • Overnight in Agra

Yes, you’ve seen a hundred pictures, but nothing prepares you for how the Taj just… sits there. Effortless. Then there’s the red stone bulk of Agra Fort, which somehow still holds stories in its cool walls. Together, it’s a contrast worth the camera memory.

Day 04Ghost City Glimpses

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Day trip to Fatehpur Sikri (approx. 1 hour each way)
  • Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal
  • Evening at your own pace in Agra
  • Overnight in Agra

Fatehpur Sikri is one of those places where history lingers in the air a little longer. The scale, the quiet, and those red sandstone courtyards—it’s all strangely peaceful.

Day 05Return to the Present

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Check out and drive back to Delhi
  • Drop at Airport or Railway Station
  • Trip ends

You head back with more than souvenirs—maybe a few temple chants still echoing in your head, or a sunset from Prem Mandir that decided to stay with you.

Tips to Make Your Trip Better
  • Slip-on shoes make temple visits smoother. You’ll be hopping in and out often.
  • Try street snacks, but stick to stalls with high turnover. The samosas are worth it.
  • Carry some cash—many temple areas still run on paper, not apps.
  • Keep a shawl or light cover-up for temples with dress codes.
  • Ask locals for aarti timings—they’re not always posted, but worth timing your visit for.
Planning a Taj Mahal Agra Tour Package with Extras?

This trip was built to feel less like a checklist and more like a slow walk through stories. Whether you’re mixing it into your Varanasi tour package from Mumbai or tying it into a Vrindavan tour package, the rhythm of the route is easy to mould.

Reach out if you want help customizing the dates, extending it with a stop at Ayodhya (a fast-emerging Ayodhya tourist spot), or looping it back into a Agra tour package from Delhi. This trip is what you make it—and we’re here to shape it for your mood, pace, and group.
