  • Listen to your trek leaders – Stick with the group and follow safety instructions during stream crossings.
  • Pack an extra pair of clothes – You’ll likely get wet at the waterfall or during the trek.
  • Carry basic meds or personal essentials – If you have motion sickness or specific needs, carry those medicines.
Things to carry
  • ID Proof – Aadhar Card / Driving License (Carry a copy too)
  • Backpack – Preferably waterproof or with a rain cover
  • Trekking Shoes – Or sturdy sports shoes with good grip (essential for stream crossings)
  • Clothing – 1 pair Trekking Pants (compulsory), 2 T-Shirts (full or half sleeves), Raincoat / Waterproof Jacket / Windcheater, Hand Towel / Napkin, Two pairs of socks
  • Water Bottle – Carry at least 2–3 liters (prefer reusable bottles)
  • Snacks & Ready-to-Eat Food – Dry fruits, energy bars, biscuits, Chikki, chocolate, or plum cake
  • Torch – With extra batteries (very important for pre-sunrise travel)
  • Personal Medicines – Any specific medications you need

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  •  If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
