Itinerary

Day 01Departure from Mumbai

Departure from Borivali, Mumbai at 1:30 PM by sleeper bus.
Overnight journey to Gokarna.

Day 02Arrival & Gokarna Exploration

Arrive in Gokarna early morning.
Enjoy breakfast before heading to Yana Caves and Vibhooti Waterfalls.
Check-in at the hotel or homestay and freshen up.
Relax at Kudle Beach and if time permits, visit Gokarna or Half Moon Beach.
Dinner followed by games and bonding activities.
Overnight stay in Gokarna.

Day 03Coastal Adventures & Departure

Early morning visit to Murdeshwar Temple.
Breakfast followed by boating in Honnavar Backwaters and Eco Beach exploration.
Visit Mangroves and relax at Om Beach (time permitting).
Dinner and board return bus after 7:00 PM.

Day 04Return Journey

Arrive in Mumbai between 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

Payment Policy

More than 40 days for the trip – 25% of the total trip cost

40 – 30 Days for the trip – 35% of the total trip cost

20 -15 days for the trip – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
