Refund & Cancellation policy

30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

LESS THAN 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  •  If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the
    participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no
    refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking.

The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Travassa Holidays will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

The client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of the Company at the appointed place, date and time.

The Client agrees and acknowledges that they consent to participate in the excursion activities (boat rides, ferry rides, snorkeling etc. which is included in the tour) without any obligation from the Company. Client confirms that he/she is medically fit to participate in all activities involved in excursion activities & fully accept my personal responsibility of my safety

The Company shall not be liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the Client due to such participation
