Later, a sumptuous late-night dinner awaits, offering flavors that complement the tranquility of the surroundings.

Day 01Afternoon Arrival & Campsite Exploration.

  • Arrive at the Pawna campsite, nestled amidst the lush green Western Ghats. Take in the scenic beauty as you settle in. Moreover, the ambiance invites group exploration, fostering shared moments.
  • Savor refreshing welcome drinks and quick bites, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Engage in fun DIY games and outdoor activities, including cricket, badminton, and other group sports, uniting everyone in laughter and camaraderie.
  • Delight in the tantalizing BBQ snacks, a flavorful treat that binds the group together. Additionally, gather by the stunning Pawna lake for live music/DJ (available on weekends), enhancing the evening with melodies that resonate with shared joy.
  • As night falls, relish a delectable dinner amidst the campfire’s warmth. Furthermore, the night is yours to gaze at the stars, sharing stories and creating memories that intertwine with the serene surroundings.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Unexpected events like flight cancellations, roadblocks, landslides, government orders, or strikes may lead to extra expenses. Emergency evacuations are not covered.
  • Unmentioned Activities: Activities, services, or amenities not specified in inclusions are not part of the package.
  • Adventure Activities: Room heaters, paragliding, biking, bungee jumping, and similar activities not listed in inclusions incur separate expenses.

How to reach the campsite from Mumbai?

By Road: There are two routes to reach the Pawna Lake camping site from Mumbai. One is the Dudhiware Khind Route. It is approximately 108 Kms in distance. It is the shorter route; however, the road conditions are a bit tricky at places. The other route is via Kamshet, which is approximately 122 Kms in distance. This route is considered to be smoother as well as more scenic.

By Train: You can travel from Mumbai to Lonavala by train. From Lonavala, you can either get onto a shared jeep or taxi to reach Pawna Lake, which is approximately 30 Kms from there. Trains leave from Mumbai to Lonavala, almost every 40-60 minutes.

By Bus: There are frequent buses from Mumbai to Lonavala throughout the day. From Lonavala, you may have to hire a taxi or shared jeep to reach Pawna lake.

Is it safe to swim or indulge in water activities at Pawna Lake?

Yes, it’s generally safe, but it’s recommended to do so under supervision and within designated areas. Moreover, life jackets are often provided for safety during water activities.

Are meals included in the camping package?
