Day 01Arrival In Gangtok & Night Stay At Gangtok.

  • Welcome to the charming land of North East.
  • We will transfer you from BAGDOGRA AIRPORT to your hotel.
  • Upon arrival, you can check-in at the hotel & unwind.
  • Subsequently, you can stroll around the LOCAL MARKETS or satiate your hunger with delicious Tibetan food.
  • After a well-spent day, return to the hotel & relax.

Day 02Gangtok Local Exploration & Night Stay At Gangtok.

  • After enjoying a delicious breakfast, prepare for an excursion to TSOMGO LAKE. It is considered by monks as the most sacred lake in the North East.
  • Capture the doubly attractive reflections of the snow-capped hill on the AZURE WATERS.
  • Next, seek blessings at BABA HARBHAJAN MANDIR.
  • As the day draws to a close, return to the hotel and stay for the night.

Day 03Gangtok Sightseeing & Night Stay At Gangtok.

  • Wake up to a beautiful morning and relish on some scrumptious breakfast.
  • Fuel yourself for the day and gear up to take on the city of Gangtok.
  • Start with spots like TASHI VIEWPOINT & GANESH TOK.
  • Thereafter, proceed towards COTTAGE INDUSTRY & HANDICRAFT CENTRE, ENCHEY MONASTERY & BANJAKHRI FALLS.

Day 04Gangtok To Darjeeling & Night Stay At Darjeeling.

  • Begin the day with a nutritious breakfast & get ready for transfers to DARJEELING.
  • Later, go for a DARJEELING CITY TOUR.
  • Furthermore, visit THE P.N. ZOOLOGICAL PARK, TIBETAN REFUGEE CENTRE, SCENTED TEA GARDEN, ROPEWAY & THE ANCIENT JAPANESE TEMPLE.
  • Afterward, spend the rest of the day indulging in street SHOPPING and savouring amazing Tibetan dishes.
  • Finally, return back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 05Sightseeing Tour Of Darjeeling & Night Stay At Darjeeling.

  • Start the day early today and set out for the majestic TIGER HILL. It renders awe-inspiring views of the orange sunrise over the snow-capped peaks of the MT. KANGCHENJUNGA.
  • On your way back, visit the oldest Tibetan monastery in Darjeeling, THE GHOOM MONASTERY, and also explore the BATASIA LOOP.
  • Upon reaching the hotel, have breakfast and spend the entire evening exploring the local streets and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06Darjeeling To Bagdogra & Night Stay At Bagdogra.

  • Post breakfast, check-out & head towards Bagdogra.
  • En-route visit MIRIK LAKE & NEPAL BORDER.
  • Later, upon reaching Bagdogra, check-in at the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 07Departure!

  • Post breakfast, complete check-out formalities and proceed to BAGDOGRA AIRPORT.

Payment Policy

MORE THAN 40 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 25% of the total trip cost

40 – 30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 35% of the total trip cost

20 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

LESS THAN 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  •  If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the
    participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no
    refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
