Day 01Nagpur to Pench – Transfer

Pickup from Nagpur Airport or Railway Station.
Transfer to Pench National Park (Approx. 2.5 hours).
Check-in to the resort and relax.
Optional Activities (at extra cost): Nature Walk, Tribal Dance Show, Night Safari.
Dinner and overnight stay at Pench Resort.

Day 02Pench – Jungle Safari

Early morning jungle safari in an open gypsy with packed breakfast.
Return to the resort for lunch and leisure time.
Optional evening jungle safari (extra cost).
Dinner and overnight stay at Pench Resort.

Day 03Pench to Pachmarhi – Transfer

Breakfast at the resort.
Check-out and transfer to Pachmarhi (approx. 5 hours).
Check-in to the Pachmarhi resort.

Day 04Pachmarhi – Full Day Forest Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel.

Return to the hotel.

Day 05Pachmarhi to Bhopal – via Bhimbetka Rock Shelters

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel.
Enroute visit to Bhimbetka Rock Shelters, Explore prehistoric cave paintings and ancient dwellings, some over 30,000 years old.
Continue journey to Bhopal.
Check-in to your hotel at Bhopal.
Evening free at leisure.

Day 06 Bhopal – Departure

Payment Policy

More than 40 days for the trip – 25% of the total trip cost

40 – 30 Days for the trip – 35% of the total trip cost

20 -15 days for the trip – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
