  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances: trip cancellation, roadblocks, landslides, government orders, strikes, or other events beyond human control.
  • Rohtang Pass Permits & Transfers: Permits and transfers for Rohtang Pass are not included. Nevertheless, additional arrangements can be made if you want to visit this picturesque destination.
  • Adventure Activities: Expenses for room heaters, paragliding, biking, bungee jumping, or other unspecified adventures are not included in the package. Additionally, participants are responsible for covering these costs independently.
  • Personal Expenses: Personal expenses such as gratuities, entrance fees, camera/video charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, and similar costs are not covered.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax): Any applicable GST charges are not included in the package; moreover, they will be borne by the traveller.

Depending on the destination that you are traveling to, we share an extensive list of things you need to carry on your trips. Moreover, some of the essentials that you must carry are your Documents (ID proof, Drivers license, etc), a Medical Kit with all your personal medications and medicines for nausea, headache, etc as well.

Cancellation policy

30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

LESS THAN 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  •  If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the
    participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no
    refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
